Practical information

Reservation not required for individuals. You can buy your tickets online until the day before departure,
or directly at the ticket office in Martel station. Arrive at least 30mn before departure to buy your tickets on site

From July 14^th to August 31^st, it’s advisable to present yourself 45 min before departure. Online reservation recommended.

• The reservation does not guarantee “seated” place on the train in the event of heavy crowds.
  Seats on the train are not numbered. Standing and seated places.
• With the tickets, please arrive on the platform 30 minutes before the departure.
• Starting from Martel, passenger hall with bar, souvenir, toilets, museum entrance.
• 1 hour round trip with commentary.
• Ramped-access to the train for disabled people. Reduced rates for people with disabilities. Discounts will only be applied at the ticket office.
• Reservations possible for groups of over 25 people.
• Tickets sold before departure.
• Animals are allowed on the trains if on a leash.
• Payment accepted by:
  Debit/ Credit Card / Cheque / Cash
• Snack open in July and August.

For technical reasons or force majeure, management may be required to use a diesel locomotive instead of the steam locomotive.
